Our cleanings cover construction dust removal, floor sweeping and mopping, interior window cleaning, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, and surface wipe-downs throughout the space. We use a detailed checklist for each job so you know exactly what's included before we start. We do not include exterior windows, debris/dumpster removal, or heavy lifting.

We're available Monday through Saturday and can typically schedule around your project timeline. For post-construction jobs, we coordinate directly with you or your contractor to clean once the space is ready for final walkthrough.

We choose products based on the type of cleaning needed for each surface. Whenever possible, we use eco-friendly, pet-safe products. For certain tough construction residue (like paint, adhesive, or heavy grease), a stronger product is sometimes necessary to get the job done properly — but we're always mindful of your home, your family, and your pets.

Yes, that's a priority for us. We default to eco-friendly, pet-safe products for most tasks. If a job requires a stronger product for a specific area (like heavy degreasing or paint removal), we'll let you know and make sure the area is safe before pets or children are back in the space.
