These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ProClean Builders LLC ("ProClean Builders," "we," "us," or "our") website and cleaning services. By contacting us, requesting an estimate, or scheduling a service, you agree to these Terms.
ProClean Builders provides post-construction final cleaning, move-out/move-in cleaning, and related residential and commercial cleaning services in the Bay Area, California. The specific scope of work for each project is confirmed in writing before service begins.
Estimates provided by ProClean Builders are based on the information available at the time of the estimate. Final pricing may vary based on the actual size, condition, and scope of the project as confirmed at the time of service.
We ask that clients provide as much notice as possible for scheduling changes or cancellations. A deposit may be required to reserve your scheduled service date.
ProClean Builders offers a 48-hour satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a completed service, contact us within 48 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge, within the original agreed scope of work.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our services do not include: exterior window cleaning, heavy lifting or moving furniture, debris or junk removal, dumpster or haul-away services, gardening or yard work, trash removal over 15 lbs or unbagged, full steam carpet cleaning, or biohazard cleanup (which requires a separate quote).
By providing your phone number, you consent to be contacted by ProClean Builders by phone or text message regarding your inquiry, estimate, or scheduled service. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying "STOP." Message and data rates may apply. See our Privacy Policy for more information on how we handle your information.
ProClean Builders performs services with care and professionalism. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or conditions not disclosed to us prior to service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
